Studio Rental Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our vintage curated studio! Please review the following rental policies carefully before booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to adhere to these terms during your studio session.

GENERAL RENTAL TERMS

Booking Requirements

All rentals require a 1-hour minimum. Your reserved time includes setup and breakdown, please plan accordingly.
Rental includes 2 parking spots in the lot behind the building. There is additional street parking available.

Furniture & Set Layout

We have worked hard to create a visually interesting space with authentic vintage furniture and other vintage props. You have access to all of our furniture and props.
Our furniture and styling changes periodically and seasonally. Follow our social media or contact us directly for up-to-date visuals of the space.

DAMAGE, LIABILITY, & CLEANING

Furniture & Equipment Handling

Most of our furniture and props are antique or vintage and require extra care. We encourage you to not move furniture if possible. If you must move props or furniture, do not drag items or use castors. Please lift furniture from underneath and do not use the arms of furniture to lift it. Take care when posing on furniture to not put too much pressure on furniture arms.
If you wish to move any piece, it must be carefully lifted and put in the original position before you leave.
Items damaged through improper use or negligence will result in repair/replacement fees. In the event of damage, the renter will be responsible for the full replacement cost plus a $100 inconvenience fee.
In general fees for damage, extra cleaning required and mistreatment of furniture are as follows. Minor repair or excess cleaning: $150. Full replacement of broken/damaged item: Item value + $100. Dragging furniture or misuse of props: $100 per incident.

You are responsible for the behavior and actions of all guests, clients, or collaborators you bring into the studio.

CHILDREN AND PETS

Children

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Damage caused by children will be the responsibility of the renter.

Pets

Pets are allowed with prior notice and a $20 cleaning fee.
Pets must remain off all fabric-covered furniture. Renters are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by animals.

STUDIO RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Prohibited in the Studio:

Dragging furniture
Lit candles or open flames
Glitter, confetti, paint, smoke bombs
Smoking/vaping
Violations will result in a $100 penalty per occurrence.

PAYMENT, RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking via Venmo or CashApp.
If you need to make other arrangements for payment please contact us.
Payments are non-refundable.

Reschedule.

Reschedules requested 7 days in advance are accommodated subject to availability, less than 7 days notice requires a $25 fee.
Late/no-show sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.

SESSION TIMING & ACCESS

Time Management

Entry is permitted only at your scheduled start time. If it is your first visit to our studio we will meet you at the building and provide you access. We will reach out to you two days before your scheduled booking with additional information and provide a telephone contact number.
Please be mindful to finish your session and any clean up before your end time. Going over your end time will incur an additional hour charge.
If you are planning on starting your session more than 15 minutes late please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements to meet you when you arrive. If you need to extend your session we may be able to accommodate you depending on other bookings please check with us at least 15 minutes prior to your session’s end.

STUDIO CLEAN-UP & EXIT

Before leaving, you are required to:

Reset furniture/props to original positions
Wipe down surfaces if used
Double-check for any personal belongings

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

By entering and using the studio space, the renter agrees to assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the rental period. These studio owners are not liable for any incidents or accidents involving the renter or their guests.
